Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, San Francisco State University, is recruiting an Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Auxiliaries to join their University Corporation team. Internally titled: Associate Vice President and Executive Director of the University Corporation (UCorp). About San Francisco State University Corporation: San Francisco State University is a vibrant, mission-driven public institution committed to academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. With over 20,000 students, SF State serves as a leader in higher education, fostering discovery, community engagement, and diversity. The University Corporation (UCorp) is an auxiliary nonprofit organization supporting SF State's mission through grants administration, business partnerships, and commercial operations, ensuring the delivery of essential services to students, faculty, and staff. About the role: Reporting to the Vice President & CFO for Administration & Finance (A&F) and the UCorp Board of Directors, the Associate Vice President/Executive Director will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for UCorp's operations. This position oversees a $4 million annual operating budget and $94 million in total assets, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with SF State's strategic priorities. As the Executive Director of UCorp, you will lead a dedicated team managing grants, campus commercial operations, and essential auxiliary services. You will collaborate with university leadership, faculty, and external stakeholders to enhance UCorp's impact, ensuring students, faculty, and staff receive the support needed for success. How you can expect your time to be spent: Leadership, Management, and Administration Oversee UCorp's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
