Diversions Systems (LDS) located in Huntington Beach, CA is a global leader in the design, development and
production of segmented lightning diverter strips and innovative lightning
protection devices for aerospace, defense and wind turbine markets. LDS is under the Engineered Products umbrella

Position
Information:
The Sales Manager will be responsible
for sales revenue growth, seeking out and capturing new business opportunities
Identification of new business opportunities and development of winning proposals
Management of key customers to secure new business
Development of alliances and relationships with customers, industry professionals, and associated organizations designed to produce sales opportunities
Development of key markets and market opportunities
Identification and support of key trade shows
Understanding of the competitive landscape and competitor strategies
Evaluates trends and determines must-win campaigns and strategies
Perform research and market analysis

Education
and Qualifications
7-10 years of demonstrated results in sales and marketing with proven customer relation skills, managing customers as partners
Must have sales experience in aerospace
Bachelor's degree required in business or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Background in lightning protection is a plus

Demands
Ability to travel to customers, manufacturing sites, and trade shows (60-75%)
