The role:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Promote the See. Say. Smile. and Customer Experience Oner culture through actions and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
• General maintenance of all facilities and property.
• Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities and property.
• Identify need for maintenance and repair of Table Games layouts and for maintaining, repairing, and replacing Table Games layouts.
• Identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Identify and diagnose deficiencies with HVAC system, alarm system, and generators, and take necessary measures to correct deficiencies.
• Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow all such schedules.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
  Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

Bachelors (preferred)
Technical/other training (preferred)
High School (required)

OSHA safety training certification is a plus. (preferred)
Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are preferred but not required. (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to handle intermediate level maintenance tasks independently. (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. (preferred)
