Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator who can bring creative ideas and oversee marketing initiatives for the team. Success in this job relies on your time management skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and positive attitude.

What you'll do:



  • You'll utilize e-blasts in Constant Contact to send updates, update contact lists, measure results, and send reports to other teams.


  • Answer all incoming calls and be the first point of contact for all clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide information to clients & team members by researching and answering questions and concerns.
  • Check & maintain office and kitchen supplies with impeccable attention to detail & organization.
  • Manages client gifting program for clients both in-process and closed loans.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, while expediting work results.
  • Prepare monthly reimbursement reports through Concur.


  • You'll work with video production to write script outlines, schedule videographers, film with iPhone, and send footage to video editors.
  • You'll select topics, write video titles and descriptions, and design video thumbnails.
  • You'll post and prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • You'll utilize our marketing system to conduct campaigns, including content writing, overseeing template creation, setup, and management of the gifting/collateral components for those campaigns.
  • You'll also conduct website updates and general content changes while updating classes, videos, and flyers in conjunction with the Web team.


What you'll need to be successful:



  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • 2 years of office manager/administrative assistant work experience
  • 2-3 years of social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)
  • MS Office and data entry skills are a must.
  • Strong multi-channel marketing skills
  • Highly effective communication skills with the ability to write content
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and be a proactive self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team-player mindset and confidence to lead meetings
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Programs


  • Adobe Creative Suite- Primarily InDesign & Photoshop bonus if the experience is with Illustrator and Premier
  • Video Coordination including Scheduling videographers, Scheduling video shoots, planning content, uploading video files, and iPhone filming
