Food Service Worker- Per Diem Evenings

Schedule: Per Diem 15 hours per week. Sunday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Please note there is no public transportation to the hospital on Sundays. Alternate transportation is required.
Position includes:
Assembling, delivering, and retrieving patient meal trays
Light dish room tasks
Grade: 100

  • Great customer service skills required.
  • Ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus/meal tickets, and job flows.
  • Ability to speak proficient English.
  • Work requires the ability to push trucks and carts with food and supplies
  • Fast-paced environment in which employees must be able to quickly move from one task to another
  • Ability to stand for long periods and/or walk quickly for long periods delivering trays
  • Tasks require pushing carts, carrying/moving items up to 25lbs, bending, lifting, and reaching
