The Role:

Perform tasks related directly to the receipt, warehousing, control, packaging and issue/shipment of manufactured products and vendor acquired material and supplies.

What you will do:

  • Pick up pieces of graphite (not large billets), measure them, and weigh them.
  • Repetitive lifting and reading a ruler and a scale.
  • Documentation of measurements, will record information on a form.
  • Move graphite into and out of manufacturing cells as required.
  • Follow instructions on production orders to ensure graphite is move through the proper process.
  • May be tasked with preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization.
  • Understand, supports, and complies with ISO Policy, Procedure and Work Instructions, complies with all safety requirements, and maintains order and cleanliness of Warehouse premises.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and wears required personal protective equipment.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner, observes approved safety procedures, and communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor or EHS.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in related field preferred.
  • Able to read and write the English language.
  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
  • Work any shift as required to meet business needs.
  • Consistent high standards of housekeeping and the strict adherence to quality standards for both product and services.
  • Ability to critically think and use problem solving skills to meet customer needs
  • Dependability with flexibility to work shifts, over-time, and weekends to support business needs.
  • Astute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical.
  • Personal experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.
  • Candidate must have the capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws.

Physical Requirements

  • Completion of pre-employment physical required.
  • Physical requirements of the job include.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Frequent tasks will include squatting, kneeling, turning, bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Ability to perform hand squeezes requiring force up to 30 lbs.
  • Performing repetitive tasks or motions for extended periods.
  • Maintaining balance and coordination, especially when working on elevated platforms or in areas with uneven surfaces.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods, often in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, or humid environments).
  • Ability to wear all relevant PPE for areas.

  • Compensation: $17-19 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
