Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Tucson! This role will be a primarily stationary position supporting a 350-acre campus on the southeast side of town. There will be scheduled cross-training to support the clients downtown building as well. The account is Facilities Management, staff handles a variety of tasks related to the exterior, interior and critical building systems. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for executing and completing preventative maintenance, demand repairs, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures as required to the satisfaction of tenant and building owners. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment is required. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license, clear driving record, and ability to life 100 pounds is required. You must have basic computer skills and excellent communication skills. Participation in on-call, after-hours, and weekend rotation will be required. You must be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals, hear changes in equipment sounds, and work outside in a variety of weather conditions. Eligibility
Compensation The base pay is $22.21 - $33.31 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program. Benefits
