We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality to join our Project Delivery and Construction team located in Cary, NC. To excel in this role, you will actively assist in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications, encompassing various tasks such as project coordination, procurement, construction billings, job and project schedule analysis, documentation, and generating reports. You'll also play a key role in resource coordination to achieve project goals and establish positive client relationships. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll contribute to the generation of project scopes of work and supports the Procurement Manager in bid preparation and analysis. You'll diligently maintain project schedules, collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and Site Superintendent to monitor performance and address any deviations, and ensure accurate cost reporting by closely working with the Construction Manager and Superintendents to reflect field events and conditions. You will collaborate with Project Services to manage project costs, oversees site safety for assigned projects, and takes appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
