Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. The Special Assets Officer II is responsible for supporting senior team members with the management of more complex portfolios of distressed and stressed in order to minimize losses to the Bank. The primary focus of this position is to maximize recoveries and minimize losses of our stressed and distressed loan and equity positions through complex modeling and restructuring efforts to bridge to an exit or turnaround. Exposures can be bi-lateral, participations in syndicated facilities or agent led transactions. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Credit Training, or financial modeling, valuation and credit documentation OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Credit Training, or financial modeling, valuation and credit documentation Preferred
If hired in California or New York the base pay for this position is generally between $146,386.00 and $195,182.00. If hired in New Jersey, the base pay for this position is generally between $140,250.00 and $187,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
