Develop 3D roadway design models and lead the production of construction plans for projects ranging from major highway widening/interchange/reconstruction projects to local safety improvements

• Lead training programs to improve the overall model-based design capabilities of the Florida transportation team

• Oversee ORD technical/system implementations across the Transportation team

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers developing roadway designs as well as other 3D modelling experts across the company

• Potentially serve in Design Discipline Lead, Engineer-of-Record, and/or Project Manager roles, depending on project specifics and personal experience/background

• Highly proficient with all aspects of 3D modelling and model-based design practices within Microstation Open Roads Designer

• At least 5 years of roadway design experience and familiarity with roadway design criteria and plans production processes, preferably with FDOT

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline preferred

• EI or PE license preferred but not required

• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

• Desire to lead and advance model-based design practices statewide for our Florida Transportation team
