Role Overview: The Agency Communications Lead will play a critical role in driving the organization's key priorities by developing and executing effective communication strategies that: Managing a team of communications planners, writers, designers, and digital communications specialists, the Communications Lead will work with Agency leaders to build a deep understanding of specific agent and manager cohorts - including demographics, goals and expectations, and specific challenges - so that communications can be tailored to have greater impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance dynamic day-to-day communication needs with longer-term objectives and who can collaborate effectively with Agency senior leadership, Corporate Communications, and others to plan for the full breadth of messages - both strategic and tactical - that need to be delivered and reinforced. What You'll Do: What You'll Bring: #LI-SV1 #LI-HYBRID Pay Transparency Salary Range:$160,000 - 220,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
