Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Junior Achievement of Washington, is recruiting an Executive Assistant to join their team in Auburn WA. This hybrid position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, contribute to strategic initiatives, and foster strong board relations to drive organizational success. By delivering hands-on programs focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness, JAWA empowers students to thrive in a global economy. About the Role: The Executive Assistant (EA) at JAWA provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless communication across the organization. The dynamic nature of this role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary time management skills to coordinate schedules, organize and conduct meetings, and prepare materials that enhance organizational efficiency and strategic planning. Acting as a liaison to the Board of Directors, the Executive Assistant must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Leadership Team, staff and key stakeholders. The Executive Assistant supports the CEO by connecting organizational needs, tracking projects and providing critical business information to the CEO, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient, well researched, effective and accurate. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks, and a passion for contributing to Junior Achievement's mission of empowering young people in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
