Program Overview: The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) provides individual and group therapy to adults with severe mental health conditions who are experiencing significant life stressors with a focus on developing the social, emotional, and intellectual skills needed to live a meaningful life. The PSR team works with adjunctive providers to assist people in coping with life challenges through therapy, education, independent living skills, social support, and linkage to community resources and supports. Services are available for clients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or with no funding who are seen at the Wellness Center in Littleton, Parker-Dransfeldt, or via telehealth.
