The Director of Growth Audience Marketing is responsible for framing strategic foundation and positioning to guide the opportunities that exist with these audiences with each Stellantis brand. This role leads, coordinates, develops and presents Growth Audience marketing campaigns and plans for Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Alfa, Dodge and Chrysler Brand Teams and Senior Leadership. This role requires a broad understanding of cross-channel marketing trends, insights and tactics including TV, print, digital, social, mobile, CRM, and experiential media. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end, 360-degree marketing campaigns that are innovative and breakthrough is vital. The qualified candidate will apply an understanding of each brand to achieve long-term vision and success, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clearly articulate thoughts, ideas, and strategic rationale, and will interact with top management on both the brand and advertising teams. The candidate will also have responsibility to manage, mentor and develop support team member(s). Strong knowledge and experience in the area of print production, video production, TV production, time-action planning, presentation development and delivery, and collaborative brainstorming are required.
