This role offers you the unique opportunity to navigate the complexities of alcohol beverage packaging, marketing, sales, and international trade regulations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations align with federal, state, and international laws, industry codes, and company policies. As a Compliance Analyst, your responsibilities will stretch across a broad spectrum of activities. You will take charge of managing the approval processes for government-regulated items, engage in scrum frameworks to assess business initiatives, and liaise with government agencies during regulatory actions. Your keen analytical skills will be put to use in monitoring regulatory developments, interpreting their impact on the organization, and advising management on compliance strategies. Your role will also involve identifying non-compliant situations, defining problems, and drafting solutions to mitigate risks. You will work closely with Legal Counsel, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and the implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relevant documentation, developing department procedures, and conducting training to ensure widespread understanding and adherence to compliance requirements.
