Cirrus Logic is a leading expert of low power, mixed-signal processing, and a leading supplier of innovative solutions in audio, voice and haptics. We are hiring a Product Engineer who will be responsible for the qualification of exciting new products and driving quality improvements. This is your opportunity to work with internal engineering teams and external product test suppliers to resolve sophisticated problems as well as identify and implement efficient process improvements!

Responsibilities
  • Work with Quality team on product reliability qualifications
  • Own statistical data analysis & reporting to external customers
  • Develop hardware for reliability stressing
  • Bring up of burn in capability for qualifications
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, such as Quality and Design, to implement solutions to sophisticated problems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 3 years industry experience
  • Possess a basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
  • Familiarity with datasheets
  • Knowledge of hardware design basics
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic (VBT), or JSL
  • Experience with oscilloscope and logic analyzers for burn in debug
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to make good decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of reliability stresses such as HTOL/ELFR/HAST/ESD
  • Experience with hardware design
