We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our inside sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced circuit board manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will excel at developing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and mentoring a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, particularly printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) production. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage an inside sales team. Set and track sales team targets, ensuring individual and team goals are met or exceeded. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team efficiency. Streamline internal sales order entry and customer management processes. Maintain and update processes and work instructions for the department. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies and reports to drive revenue growth with existing customers. Ensure timely and accurate quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Serve as a point of escalation for resolving customer inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to meet customer needs effectively. Operational Coordination: Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor and report on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure adherence to company policies. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in PCB manufacturing. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry. Proven track record of project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of printed circuit board/electronic assembly and manufacturing processes is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
