Visit us at www.liscstrategicinvestments.org POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Construction Analyst at our impact-driven fund management firm, you'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in construction loan administration while supporting transformative community development projects. A large aspect of the role is in maintaining order, tracking details, and ensuring processes run smoothly. You'll be at the heart of our construction draw management process, using your organizational skills and attention to detail to help keep critical community development projects on track. Whether you're reviewing construction documentation, tracking project progress, or maintaining our detailed monitoring systems, your work will directly contribute to the successful completion of affordable housing and community facilities. If you're interested in construction management, real estate, or a related field, this role offers an excellent experience for a career in community development finance. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will help you develop your understanding of construction loan administration, project management, and community development financing tools. COMPENSATION LISC offers a competitive salary ($66,500-$83,250) and excellent fringe benefits. TRAVEL This position is expected to travel less than once per month, up to 15% annually. *Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
