Sales Intern (Onsite 5 days per week, Bentonville AR) GENERAL SUMMARY: This intern will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast paced and dynamic Consumer Products industry. As a sales intern, you will work closely with our Sales and Category Insights teams to support key initiatives, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of our retail partners. You will collaborate with Sales team to manage an execute customer-specific projects, including promotional planning, account analysis, and sales presentations. Analyze sales data, consumer trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies. Works with Category Management teams to develop insights that drive category growth and improve product placement in retail channels. Assist in preparing materials for customer meetings, including product recommendations and performance reviews. Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless executions of sales initiatives. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools. Passion for consumer products and a creative mindset.
