We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key change initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and change management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing change initiatives that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

* Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute complex projects that facilitate innovation,

productivity, delivery, and scale.

* Collaborate with various departments to understand the implications of projects and processes,

interdependencies between processes and systems, and how projects align with business strategies.

* Develop and own detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, change readiness, communications,

and support materials.

* Create actionable deliverable for the change management levers: Communications plan, sponsor

roadmap, coaching plan, training plans

* Apply a structured framework and lead change management activities

* Assess Change Impact

* Create Change Management Strategy

* Assist leaders across the organization with change-management and business transformation initiatives.

* Identify and track project metrics to determine levels of project effectiveness.

* Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all project outputs.

* Provide ongoing updates regarding project status throughout the organization, including with senior leadership.

* Interface with external vendors or clients, as required, to ensure appropriate engagement and accountability in conjunction with internal resources and activities.

* Work with both internal and external stakeholders to review existing technology and processes to identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement, as well as implement new operational processes and initiatives.

* Collaborate with Learning & Development personnel to develop effective training plans.

* Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and prepare extensive process and requirement documentation.

* Perform data analysis to help departments identify areas for improvement in their existing processes.

* Support system changes from regular production releases to large implementation projects.

* Proactively understand business pain points and propose scalable and efficient solutions.

Qualifications Expected for Position

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and/or change management.

* PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.

* Prosci Change Management Certification is highly desirable.

* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives.

* Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, including senior/C-Level stakeholders.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

The base salary range for this position is$140,000 - $150,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
