WHO WE ARE Help our Brand Licensing team grow the Hallmark brand outside of our traditionally manufactured categories such as bedding, toys, home decor and more. This role will lead product approvals in close collaboration with a broad range of licensees, our NYC-based agent and the Hallmark Brand Licensing product team. WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE The Licensing Approvals Coordinator is an entry level contributor within Hallmark Brand Licensing. This is a support role within the creative management aspect of the organization. In partnership with the Licensing Creative Strategist, incumbent ensures 3 rounds of creative approvals are properly documented and products are moved through multiple proprietary systems into production on behalf of Hallmark and our licensing partners. Also completes final approval close-out stages and sample requests. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The following is required to be considered for this role:
