Detail Activities
- Work with customer departments to assess training needs,define appropriate solutions, evaluate budgets, and overseeproject deliverables.
- Manage pre-vendor processes: analyses, RFPs, bidevaluation, vendor selection, etc.
- Select, onboard, and manage vendors.
- Document all projects in digital.ai.
- Ensure templates, design standards,and other contracted specificsare observed;review/approve all deliverables prior to implementation.
- Liaison with multiple departments to ensure smoothimplementation of courseware and relateddeliverables.
- Meet with content owners, SMEs, supportdepartment contacts, and other businessrepresentativesto orchestrateimplementation.
- Monitor project and department spend vs. plan,escalate issues to the Instructional Design managerand stakeholders.
- Support train-the-trainer, pilots, and otherimplementation activities.
- Manage course vendors, timelines, deliverables, and overallquality within contracted budgets.
- Use and maintain digital.ai to closely monitorstatus of projects and deliverables
- Maintain monthly budget and forecasts for RFPsand active projects
- Review courseware to ensure quality standards,template compliance, SharePoint processcompliance, etc.

- Bachelors degree and/or4+years' experience leading/developingtraining solutions preferred.
- Project management experiencestronglypreferred.
- Vendor management experience, preferably in instructional design or performance improvement preferred.
- Ability to develop and use metrics in the planning, implementation,managing and evaluation of processes and services.
- Ability to create training materials designed to be easily understood by every level of employees with actionable objectives to drive safe and consistent behaviors.
- Critical thinking, strong negotiation, interpersonal andcommunication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, computer, and organizationalskills are required.
- Experience should include time-management skills. Problem solvingskills, people skills, and multi-tasking skills to workthrough the varied initiatives in a timely and effective manner to include.
- Ensure quality of course materials and direction of projects and strategic initiatives.
- Approve milestone documents, including design documents, storyboards, drafts, etc.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with individualsat all levels of the organization, including working difficult issueswithin and across departmental boundaries; maintaining apositive outlook and motivating individuals and teams to higherlevels of achievement by creating enthusiasm, a feeling ofinvestment, and a desire to excel.
- Ability to actively promote and foster diversity within the workenvironment by building on differences among people as a wayto promote new ideas and thinking and treating others withdignity and respect.
- A strong drive for results and sense of urgency necessary forsuccess in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
