TEKsystems is hiring for two teams with our client. The position alignment is determined post interview. Most of the time, candidates are hired at the Scheduling Coordinator level. If someone has medical background they will occasionally hire them at the Intake Coordinator position. Candidate must reside in one of the following states: : *Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas *. Recent graduation from college/university is preferred. Typical Day: On the phone for 90% of the shift scheduling individuals for physical therapy or diagnostic imaging appointments related to workers compensation. Will be speaking with workers, clinics and doctors offices. Scheduling Coordinator: In this role the employee will be expected to contact workers' comp claimants to assist with the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Employees will communicate with diagnostic imaging centers, outpatient therapy providers, work comp claimants and insurance carriers to ensure prompt scheduling of any diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Streamline places a strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy. Employees will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook Intake Coordinator: In this role the employee will be expected to input workers' comp claimant demographic information while seeking any additional documentation required to facilitate the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. This includes reviewing medical documents for accuracy and soliciting additional information from various sources including medical doctors, insurance carriers and other 3rd party vendors. Streamline places a strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy. Employees will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Streamline's internal record-keeping systems. Some medical is preferred but not required. Strong computer literacy and customer service focus preferred. *Skills & Qualifications* 6+ months prior customer service experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry 6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality. 40+ WPM typing Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable Must be located in the following states: *Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
