Seeking 2nd Shift Production Leader - 4pm-2:30am, Mon-Thurs, $18-21/hr + $1/hr shift pay
SUMMARY Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations within assigned production or distribution group. Top Priorities: Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Production Goals ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Lead employees by example through supporting company policies and procedures.
