Pro-Active Engineering is adding a Receptionist / Administrative Administrator. Along with answering phones and greeting customers, you will be responsible for administrative duties for areas such as our Human Resources, Operations and Design Engineering.

Essential Functions


  • Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs.
  • Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them.
  • Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building.
  • Perform data entry tasks as needed to support training, quality assurance, and production initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage office supplies for the plant, including inventory tracking, ordering, and ensuring adequate stock levels to support operations.
  • Maintain ownership of conference room and break room logistics, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and adequately prepared for meetings and events.
  • Provide project support by assisting with task coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Handle data entry with accuracy, ensuring all information is properly inputted and verified.
  • Conduct copying and scanning tasks to support document management and distribution
  • Additional duties as requested by Management

Required Education and Experience


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.


Preferred Education and Experience


  • Associate's degree
  • Two years of related experience
