Job Title: Management and Development Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Management and Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting organizational management and driving development initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to ensure operational efficiency, enhance team productivity, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Management Support:
- Assist leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans and operational procedures.
- Manage teams and align expectations with plans and goals.
- Coordinate and monitor projects to ensure timely completion, resource tracking, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Development Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for organizational growth and improvement, including process optimization and new program development.
- Conduct research, analysis, and assessment of procurement opportunities for further business ventures.
- Design new product concepts, support recruitment initiatives for new contract opportunities, and screen and verify applicants throughout the application process.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, potential partnerships, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in management, development, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with a small, agile development team
- Proficiency in Office tools, project management tools and other business software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, or similar).
- Experience with proposal writing.
