Location: Hybrid on site 2 days a week in Wilmington DE or Mount Laurel NJ Role: Consumer Regulatory Compliance Analyst - Oversight and Supervisor level Must have skills for Oversight role * 5+ years' experience in a compliance testing function specifically around consumer bank products such as Credit Card, Mortgage, etc. * Must have experience performing QA/QC reviews on compliance testing * Need to have regulatory compliance experience and must be very heavy in the consumer space. Previous auditors in this space would be considered a plus. Must have skills for Supervisor role * 7+ years' experience in a compliance testing function specifically around consumer bank products such as Credit Card, Mortgage, etc. * Needs to have experience reviewing compliance testing and ability to track volumes and quality output * Need to have regulatory compliance experience and must be very heavy in the consumer space. Previous auditors in this space would be considered a plus. Top Skills' Details * Need to be extremely strong in consumer regulations * Should be familiar with the issues, need to understand violating regulations by requirements (Reg B technical finding), * Need someone familiar enough with regulatory environment that can see written info that analyst tester/executors provide and check to see if it's the same. * Knowledge of regulatory environments and ability to say if it's the issue (regulation) or component of regulation * Undergraduate degree preferred * 7+ years of relevant experience * Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions * Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies & tactics * Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends Job Description This is for the consumer compliance and controls team. They run the gambit in terms of products such as Secured - mortgage, auto, credit cards. They have a QC independent testing function where they look at previous data of month or data from before that to perform compliance and controls testing. Testing to make sure they're in compliance for consumer laws rules and regs. Can range from wealth, to credit card, etc. anything in the US. These supervisors will be overseeing compliance testing within consumer banking products. Depth & Scope * Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial business knowledge/expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas * Integrates knowledge of the enterprise sub-function's or business line's overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations * Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions * Interprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends course of action and best practices to improve products, processes or services * Acts as a technical expert/lead integrating cross-function understanding within their own field of specialty; may manage team(s) of related specialists * Leads cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource requirements, risk and/or complexity * Independently manages end-to-end functional programs * Solves or may lead others to solve complex problems; leads efforts or partners with others to develop new solutions * Works autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
