Experienced Software Test Engineer (Manual)


Experience with manual software testing

Experience in managing day to day operations of all testing personnel

Must understand software testing process

Must have experience writing test plans, test descriptions, and test reports.

DUTIES:

Develop test strategies that will include approaches for test data, regression testing and automation methodologies to ensure higher quality delivery and test coverage.

Design, develop, configure, and maintain test frameworks and custom test solutions.

Test individual frameworks, programs, automation scripts and configurations.

Debug automation frameworks/scripts and resolve technical issues.

Document technical solutions within test frameworks and custom test solutions.

Leverage critical thinking to identify problems and recommend corresponding solutions.

Determine programming impact on system

Modify detailed test scripts/modules/applications/frameworks with high quality.

Program scripts/modules/applications using a high level of technical expertise.

Work within development environment and establish collaborative relationships with team members to ensure success of Releases

Analyze Requirements and Functional Specifications and design/create and execute test cases/scenarios.
