Founded in 2002, headquartered in Reston, VA, Quadrant, Inc. is one of the largest staffing firms in the Washington, DC metro region staffing for a wide range of healthcare, technology, and federal customers. Quadrant is a woman-owned organization serving the continental United States (CONUS), including Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD metro.
Our recruiting strategies enable Quadrant to consistently fill over 300 healthcare, technology, and corporate level positions monthly. Quadrant has a dedicated team of over 30 in house recruiters who can actively support any surge staffing requirements.
