The Public Safety Officer I is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within the

facility. This position will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and orderly environment,

respond to emergencies, and provide assistance as needed. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to contribute to the hospital on multiple levels!

Ensures no one enters the hospital with any weapons or other unpermitted objects that would potentially cause a safety issue within our hospital.

Salary Range: Minimum 16.06 per hour - Maximum 25.75 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
