The Role:

The Cook II-Bakery will need to be capable of dealing with all aspects of food production throughout Bally's that involves pastry and desserts. This includes everything from creation to presentation and execution. Looking for a highly motivated individual to support the Chef. Strong candidates will have a culinary & Pastry background including a passion for food and an obsession for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
• Daily preparation of all bakery items and specials needed for the entire operation with direction from the Pastry chef.

Qualifications:

• 1 year kitchen experience needed
• Effective oral and written communicator.
• Highly motivated, can work with limited direction
• Fluent in English.

License Requirements:

• Any and All Applicable Licensing Requirements

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Constantly walk, stand, hear, see and talk.
• Frequently smell, taste product.
• Occasionally bend, reach, twist, sit, and hold.
• Frequently lift or carry up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time
