What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-profile Enterprise and Strategic accounts, overseeing all initiatives and maintaining up-to-date status of the responsible accounts
  • Plan and organize internal/external business events, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create and execute strategic initiatives to build a robust pipeline and identify high-value opportunities.
  • Own analysis/simulation/forecast for revenue, opportunity, and booking, and professionally keep the sales system updated for executives' review.
  • Build and maintain relationships at executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels of the customer account.
  • Collaborate with account managers, field application engineering teams, and R&D team's technical experts to develop and implement winning strategies.
  • Drive technical campaigns to deploy new technologies and solve customers' deep-rooted problems and overcome challenges for successful business win.
  • Coordinate the preparation of business/contract proposals and work with internal organizations such as business units, legal, finance, and order processing to close large business deals.

  • Lead technical campaigns and contract negotiations to achieve and exceed established sales objectives.
  • Drive the overall business growth and success of high-profile customer accounts.
  • Ensure the account plan is aligned with Synopsys Business Units (R&D, Marketing, Field Support).
  • Develop and execute growth campaigns that address high-value problems for the customer.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to Synopsys' reputation as a leader in the EDA, IP, and HW product space.

What You'll Need:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experiences in EDA, IP, HW or semiconductor design and manufacturing industry as an engineer, a product marketing, a new product planner, or sales.
  • Experience working with large customers designing complex SOCs or cultivating ecosystem for emerging markets.
  • A broad understanding of IC design and implementation and/or verification flows, design methodologies, silicon processing and manufacturing, HW emulation, foundry industry, or silicon IPs.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge about Korean language or business culture is a plus.
