1.BOX OFFICE SUPERVISOR

The Supervisor Box Office is responsible for overseeing the ticket selling staff. The Box Office Supervisor will resolve customer service concerns and troubleshoot issues that arise with ticketing software and the point of sale system. This position will also supervise the building of events in ticketing software and coordinate each show with the marketing department.

Essential Functions:



  • Supervision of ticket sellers. Ensure that all employees are doing what they are supposed to be doing and being available to advise when necessary.
  • Responsible for training of ticketing staff. Assist manager with scheduling and disseminate the schedule for department, ensuring all shifts are filled properly.
  • Update internal spreadsheets with new and updated show information and send out to ticketing support. Create ticket holds. Submit ticket counts to requesting parties.
  • Resolve customer service issues and complaints. Work with department to fix issues related to customer service complaints when appropriate. Troubleshoot any issues relating to software or point of sale system.
  • Review ticketing information for each show built, validating prices and dates are correct. Coordinate show builds with marketing department.
  • May be responsible for the organization of staff meetings, acceptance and payment of deliveries, organization of office events like holiday parties and birthday celebrations.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Of related work experience
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills and experience in conflict resolution
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including: nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Great leadership skills
  • Knowledge in interest in live entertainment preferred


Pay Scale: $25.24

2. BOX OFFICE ATTENDANT

The Box Office Attendant is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket distribution and providing general information pertaining to the venue or event. In addition to these general duties, the incumbent will provide direct support to the Box Office Manager and cover various tasks as needed.

Essential Functions:



  • Assist customers with using ticketing software and ticket purchase through various methods; including cash, credit, and vouchers.
  • Assist with will call and guest list management. Check identification, distribute tickets to the proper parties. Resolve issues as they arise and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
  • Answer telephone inquiries related to show and ticket information. Provide guidance related to additional venue or event information, accessibility, ADA requests, etc.
  • Accurately reconcile sales and will call receipts. Provide sales and ticketing information to the accounting and operations teams. Assist with show settlement as necessary.


Required Qualifications:



  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Must be available to work varied shifts which may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must have experience cash handling and other payment methods such as credit cards
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry preferred
  • Previous experience working on a venue ticketing platform preferred


Pay Scale: $20.35

3. COAT CHECK ATTENDANT

The Coat Check Attendant will act as the primary provider of coat check services to venue guests. The incumbent will be responsible for taking patrons' coats and/or other belongings, hanging or storing them neatly, maintaining organization in the coat room, and provide general customer service in an expert, professional and friendly manner.

Essential Functions:



  • Operate the various coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures at the venue.
  • Efficiently and accurately collecting payment for coat check services. This includes cash handling, reconciling cash transactions at the end of each shift, and verifying the accuracy of collected amounts against records.
  • Answer guest questions, direct guests to important areas of the venue (restrooms, ATM, VIP areas, and concert area) and provide additional assistance whenever necessary.
  • Enforce all policies and procedures of the venue. Complete all company and venue required trainings and participate in employee meetings.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by Management and Supervisors.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team by communicating with and directing guests during a facility emergency.


Required Qualifications:



  • Positive attitude with effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed according to venue schedule.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.


Pay Scale: $17.14

4.GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR (ADA LEAD)

The Guest Services Coordinator (ADA Lead) will provide the Guest Services Manager with administrative support, in addition to performing duties as outlined below. This position requires the employee to work a varied work schedule, including events, normal business hours and varied training sessions.

Essential Functions:



  • Work closely with Operations team and Box Office staff to resolve ticketing issues including accommodating guests with disabilities and special needs.
  • Assist Management with Event Notes, Credential Sheets and as needed.
  • Perform Walk-Throughs of the venue prior to opening doors to the public ensuring that staff is positioned in place and ready for guests.
  • Act as a liaison between Management, Supervisors and Staff. Effectively communicate any issues or concerns through the proper channels.
  • Assist guests with information/problem solving and exceptional Customer Service before, during and after events.
  • Coordinate Guest Services Staff for pre-event and post-event stadium activities.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or its equivalency
  • 2-4 years Of related work experience
  • 2-4 years Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure, multi-task and recognize problems and solutions.
  • Demonstrated skills working with fellow staff members
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours for an extended period of time as dictated by events and schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and lift/move items weighing up to 30lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English


Pay Scale: $17.19

5. OFFICE MANAGER (PRODUCTION ASSISTANT)

This position is responsible for providing information and assistance to all on-site crews including artist production, office organization and maintenance, and tracking equipment on show days. Responsibilities include manning the production office front desk from load-in through the end of the event, managing sign out sheets (communication equipment, production keys and staff timesheets) and distributing credentials etc.

Essential Functions:



  • Responsible for general administrative support activities including preparing and printing documents, maintaining log book of all essential key locations and relevant on-site events, and organizing electronic and hard files.
  • Monitor all crews working onsite during the overnight hours and coordinate with venue partners for site access.Responsibilities include checking all areas of the venue are attended to by the cleaning company, and ensuring security are at their posts and alert.
  • Responsible for set up and breakdown of the venue production office, maintain and track inventory, and alert supervisor of office inventory needs. Prepare and distribute radios, credentials, and additional supplies as well as reconcile supplies at the end of day.
  • Greet all office visitors and address their needs.
  • Create incident reports and assist with First Aid when appropriate.


Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • 0-2 years Related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business organization
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships
  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Must be able to work long hours including nights, weekends and some holidays


Pay Scale: $24.21

6. USHER/TICKET TAKER

The Usher/Ticket Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all events, while providing directionsandscanning tickets. The Usher/Ticket Taker isalsoresponsible forgreeting guests,assisting guests with finding their seats,controlling access points,andassisting guests when issues/problemsarise.

Essential Functions:



  • Assist guests with directional and informational inquiriesby demonstratingstrong knowledge of the facility and event(s).
  • Communicatein a professional manner with other building staff, clients, guests,supervisors and corporate staffon important information.
  • Work to effectively accommodateguests with disabilities, while complying with facility/event ADA requirements.
  • Display a calmandattentive demeanor whenrectifying issues with guests.
  • Check IDs of individuals attending the event.
  • Check and scanguest tickets upon entry to the facility/venueor section.Review guest tickets to direct them to the appropriate area.
  • Controlaccess points to prevent unauthorized entries.
  • Reportany activities or behaviors that conflict with facility/event policyor code of conduct to supervisor or Event Manager.

Pay Scale: $18.75
