This position plays an important role for our borrowers, as our main responsibility is to ensure that Loss Mitigation plans are completed timely and accurately in order for customers to receive payment assistance.
Daily job duties may include a variety of tasks such as: * Reviewing documents and processing steps for completion and accuracy
* Underwriting plan decisions
* Performing Quality Control Functions * Creating plan documents to send to customers Work is completed in a team environment to enable the opportunity to be cross-trained on multiple functions in the department, which may also involve intake of new loss mitigation application, sending letters and/or documents to the borrowers, reviewing title reports, performing various quality control functions.
