The Senior Manager, Talent Business Partners (Sr Mgr TBP) is responsible for leading and developing the Talent Business Partner team in their respective Business Unit. In this role, you are tasked with ensuring alignment between the regional business operations and HR practices and objectives. As a Talent subject matter expert, the Sr Mgr TBP provides consulting and coaching to direct reports, departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business's vision, mission, and overall objectives. They will provide strategic counsel and consultative partnership to drive growth and ensuring outstanding performance across their respective region.. By partnering with Talent and Field Sales Business Leaders, the Sr Mgr TBP's goal is to maximize engagement, retention, and performance, while translating the strategic vision of leadership into reality for all employees. The Sr Mgr TBP will lead with an end-to-end talent management mindset and work to continually create constant connection and consistency between the field and the HQ Talent Team.

- 3-5 years' experience managing a team.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, compliance, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of general HR practices, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong leadership qualities with both managers and employees, promoting excellence in team collaboration and individual growth.
- Proven consultative capabilities which have effectively influenced or enabled solutions to deliver business results.
- Demonstrated analytical thinker who uses data effectively to inform recommendations and drive impactful Talent campaigns and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as project and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage constantly changing priorities.
- Proven human resources management success in a multi-site environment.
- Labor relations experience is considered an asset.
- Strong business acumen, and ability to articulate an understanding of the assigned group's business model, operations, and financial structure.
- Effortless flexibility in interpersonal style; ability to influence and persuade varied constituents.
- Significant involvement in resolving and overseeing sensitive, difficult, or confrontational issues.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and legal requirements.
- Experience juggling multiple priorities simultaneously; relentless attention to detail.
- History of delivering to deadlines with strong follow-up, problem resolution, and strategic skills.
- Experience working with and promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Exercise and model exceptional and expert judgment that balances trade-off decisions regarding risk.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems
