Role Seeking a business analyst with extensive capital markets experience ideally in Prime Services or front office trading to join a multiyear project with a major banking client. Role is hybrid onsite 2-3 days a week in Manhattan, NY. Top Skills' Details * 7+ Years of Business Analysis Experience * 7+ Years of Capital Markets Experience * $5M+ budget projects * Prime Services/Prime Brokerage and prioritize Securities Lending Business Analysis Experience. * Proven track record implementing projects in prime brokerage (with emphasis in the US market) including arranged financing/enhanced leverage offerings, portfolio margin, securities lending platform upgrades/replacement, international securities lending, equity repo, trading, or portfolio equity swaps * Experience working with vendors such as Equilend Spire, FIS Loanet, or Broadridge (BPS) nice to have Job Description As Business Analyst, you will lead requirement analysis and gathering activities and assist the Project Delivery Lead/Project Manager in activities that will include: * Formulate recommendations regarding delivery/implementation approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, cross-program dependencies, and other implementation constraints * Lead the planning and execution of projects or workstreams within a larger program * Assist in the preparation of weekly status update dashboards * Create project artifacts ensuring adherence to approved enterprise change governance and standards (e.g. requirements documents, privacy impact assessments, data impact assessments, RACI, target operating model documents, test strategy, requirement strategy etc.) * Facilitate detailed requirement gathering, consolidation, analysis and coordinating business sign-off * Write user stories in JIRA * Consolidate relevant project information in Confluence * Document business and trade workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools * Lead and support testing activities in partnership with internal Quality Engineering, vendor resources and other internal stakeholders * Demonstrate sound ability to identify and solve problems * Foster connections with cross functional team members - communicating and raising issues appropriately * Work with vendors and internal technology teams to implement business requirements Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $87.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
