Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor and primary IT point of contact, you will play a crucial role in promoting IT services and capabilities. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and in-person, providing the best of both worlds.

Responsibilities

Identify the need for solutions and assist stakeholders with cost-benefit analysis.

Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to improve communication and project execution.
Evaluate technical, cost, and business information from multiple sources.
Ensure all solutions support compliance and security requirements.
Translate customer business needs into application and/or operational requirements.
Develop and perform testing to ensure solutions match desired outcomes.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience.
Experience in an agile scrum environment.
Background in quality assurance and customer service.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Certified Scrum Master, PMP certification, and/or Business Analyst certification, a plus.
