What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the
execution of multiple GenAI programs - Collaborating closely with
stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables - Developing and maintaining
comprehensive program plans - Driving effective communication
and collaboration across cross-functional teams - Monitoring program progress and
implementing solutions to keep projects on track - Providing strategic guidance
and support to project teams - Fostering a culture of
continuous improvement within the PMO function - Collaborating with senior
leadership to align program objectives with the company's strategic goals
and vision - Staying up-to-date with
industry trends and advancements in AI to enhance program delivery.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related
discipline) - Proven experience as a Program
Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry - Strong understanding of
artificial intelligence or machine learning - Excellent project management
skills - Exceptional leadership
abilities - Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Experience working in an agile
development environment - PMP or other relevant
certifications are a plus
