As the VP of Media and Advertising, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our media landscape, leading a team of talented professionals across television, radio, digital marketing and more.

What you'll do:
- Lead all media and paid advertising efforts to align with our overall creative vision and business objectives.
- Identify emerging media opportunities and introduce new offerings to enhance our brand and support our financial advisors.
- Lead and mentor a team across multiple media functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set clear expectations, track progress toward goals, and provide regular employee feedback.
- Hire, train, and develop team members to enhance skill sets and career growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to set department goals, objectives, and strategic direction.
- Partner with Directors to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of media and advertising initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our financial advisors, business vendors, and internal partners.
- Act as a thought leader, guiding our advisors in leveraging media for maximum impact.
- Support our advisors with complex or escalated media-related needs, ensuring a high level of service.
Experience you'll bring:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in media services, marketing, or a related field.
- A proven track record of building and managing high-performing creative teams.
- Deep knowledge of media production, marketing technology, and digital strategies.
- Strong communication & presentation skills to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple projects.
Bonus Points:
- 10+ years of media and marketing leadership experience.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or business.
- Experience working with financial advisors, financial services, or high-growth organizations.
