You Are:

You are a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record in managing a global engineering team. Your expertise in analog design, especially in the realm of memory compiler flow, sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can leverage your project management skills to drive complex projects to successful completion. You have a good understanding of memory (SRAMs) architecture and characterization flow, and you bring a strategic mindset to every challenge you face. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior management and influence across multiple functional areas is unmatched. You are passionate about innovation and are always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what is possible in engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and managing global R&D engineering teams to develop SRAM/RF memory compilers.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and evaluation of memory compilers.
  • Driving project management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Utilizing your expertise in analog/digital circuits and EDA tool usage to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing global engineering teams.
  • Expertise in memory compiler flow and memory circuit design.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred) and Hspice.
  • Strong project management skills.
