You are a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record in managing a global engineering team. Your expertise in analog design, especially in the realm of memory compiler flow, sets you apart. You have a good understanding of memory (SRAMs) architecture and characterization flow, and you bring a strategic mindset to every challenge you face. • Leading and managing global R&D engineering teams to develop SRAM/RF memory compilers.
• Overseeing the design, development, and evaluation of memory compilers.
• Driving project management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Utilizing your expertise in analog/digital circuits and EDA tool usage to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managing global engineering teams.
• Expertise in memory compiler flow and memory circuit design.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and Hspice.
• Strong project management skills.
