Dimensions No. of direct reports: 10-15 No. of indirect reports: 65-150 Budget Responsibility: Yes Travel Requirements: +/- 20% Working Conditions: Office, travel, and outdoors/indoors within a Process Plant and Mine environment Physical Requirements: Computer, ability to make oral presentations, lifting objects up to 50 lbs., standing or sitting for extended periods, extended or irregular hours, bending, climbing, kneeling, stooping, walking on uneven terrain. Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment and work outdoors in temperature extremes Consideration will be given based on geography, candidate experience, and qualifications.
