You Are:

You are an experienced Anaplan model builder/architect with a passion for driving transformation in Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Operations. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven track record of managing ambiguity and delivering meaningful change. Your technical expertise is matched by your business acumen, allowing you to diagnose functional needs and develop comprehensive solutions. You are a strategic thinker, capable of guiding and mentoring a team, and representing GTM Sales Operations in the Anaplan Corporate COE. You are excited to usher in a new era of digital automation and transitions, leveraging your skills to reshape the future of sales compensation and planning at Synopsys.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary Solution Architect for all GTM Sales use-cases.
  • Guide and mentor 2-3 internal Model Builders and 1-2 contractor Model Builders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to recommend and deliver solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use-cases.
  • Convert existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
  • Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Develop model documentation.
  • Lead data integration, migration solutions, UAT testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure best practices in modeling and reporting.
  • Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations or FP&A leveraging Anaplan or completed 3+ Anaplan implementation projects as a Solution Architect.
  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management as a supervisor or lead.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.
  • Proven record of career progression with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

This team is dedicated to leveraging technology and data to optimize sales operations and achieve organizational goals. You will collaborate with business owners, leadership, and other functional areas to maximize connected planning efficiencies and drive meaningful transformation.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
