Now through December 2025

M-F 7a-8p, no more than 12 hour days and no weekends and JHHP Holidays

$45/hr

Requirements


  • Perform HEDIS measure abstraction during prospective and annual projects
  • Communicate findings with internal customers (PECT team) and external providers
  • Assist in data collection of quality indicators to aggregate, trend, analyze and report results
  • Use sound clinical judgment in all areas of quality improvement particularly when conducting medical record audits
  • Possess a strong ability to review data and present recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

  • Active RN licensure in the state of MD (or compact state licensure) in good standing
  • BSN preferred
  • 2+ yrs experience in managed care preferred or health care regulatory agency environment
  • 2+ yrs experience in the area of HEDIS or quality management
  • Broad clinical experience in the areas of Maternity, Pediatrics, Adult, and Behavioral Health
  • Knowledge of NCQA regulations
  • Knowledge of medical records and analysis of processes of clinical care in addition to exhibiting familiarity with quality principles and standards such as accreditation, HEDIS, Medicare STARS, or quality of care (QoC)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time
