Accountant

We are looking for our next Accountant to join our team at Tualatin Valley Water District!  

The Position:  

In this position, you’ll play a direct role in furthering key initiatives and critical infrastructure projects by performing a variety of professional level accounting functions. As an Accountant, you will use your accounting expertise to perform account analyses, review financial statements, documents, and other reports to ensure they are accurate, conduct routine and annual audits, review financial operations and controls, recommend improvements, and develop and enhance process documentation. • Bank and G/L account reconciliation
• Documenting accounting processes and internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• A minimum of three years of related accounting experience
• Experience with creating audit work papers
• Experience producing an ACFR
• Desire to learn

Compensation/Benefits: 

The salary range for this position is $78,124.80 - $117,187.20 per year depending on experience.

Recruitment Process:
