Milwaukee based behavioral health provider looking for care coordinators/case managers/social workers to work in our Comprehensive Community Services program (CCS) with adults with a major mental illness in community settings. A bachelor's degree in a behevioral health science field is required. Individuals who are dependent, self-motivating and team-oriented are encouraged to apply. These direct care clinical positions provide self-scheduling and require none to minimal weekend and holiday hours.
