Job Summary: The Marketplace Consumer Experience Analyst III is responsible for defining and monitoring the member experience and their journey as they engage in the benefits offered through the program. This position will work with our consumer experience teams to identify new benefits, services, and program improvements to increase member satisfaction. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for continual assessment of the consumer experience / member journey through current state definition and future state targeted improvements
- Conduct analysis to identify customer needs, planning, design and develop activities to achieve business results via project work
- Work with key SMEs across the Enterprise to define project impacts and lead execution activities related to consumer experience across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
- Review current systems, processes, and reports etc for development of analyses that support consumer experience improvements
- Serve as Project Manager for select initiatives as needed
- Perform any other job-related instructions as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required preferably in one or a combination of marketing, business management, and/or data analytics
- Minimum of five (5) years of consumer analytics and/or reporting experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience is preferred
- Marketplace, Affordable Care Act (ACA), experience is preferred including building and tracking metrics
Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Proficient in data analytics and reporting methods and tools including Tableau, Power BI,Modern Data Platform
- Advanced MS Excel, Access, and Word skills
- Experience with Visio and PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme flexibility as projects and priorities shift
Licensure and Certification:
Working Conditions:
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Occasional limited travel 5-10% may be needed
