With visibility into their full financial picture, a tailored holistic financial plan, and the agent's expertise, prospects will clearly understand the solutions needed to help them both protect and prosper. They will be able to seamlessly apply for multiple solutions to address their broad financial needs. Enabled by a comprehensive view of their finances, clients will have periodic reviews with their agents to assess progress against goals. They will have the flexibility to manage accounts and transactions quickly across our full solution suite in one place through their preferred channel. We will invest in experience enhancements across multiple constituents (e.g., clients, new agents, top advisors, field managers, service professionals). Our goal is to be easy to do business with and to leverage our collective and unified strength, enhancing our position as the preferred destination for both agents and clients.

Role Summary:

The Integrated Solutions Delivery Lead is a key leadership role responsible for managing teams of technology professionals who design, develop, test and deploy a suite of integrated capabilities across Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management solutions. This role will oversee critical capabilities such as Illustrations, Tax, Operational Data Management, and Policy Generation, ensuring they are seamlessly and consistently integrated with core administration, record-keeping, and new business and servicing systems supporting NYL Retail Solutions.

This position will partner with business and technology leaders to develop and execute a multi-year strategy that maximizes value from technology investments. The leader will drive the design, development, and continuous improvement of integrated solutions that support business needs, ensuring alignment across various product lines while maintaining a seamless end-user experience.

The Integrated Solutions Delivery Lead will collaborate with and support other delivery leads within the Product Solutions Technology value stream to enable capabilities across their respective domains. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to navigate complex technology landscapes and drive the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 60-80 technology professionals (employees and consultants), including architects, engineers, and analysts, ensuring high-quality execution of integrated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with core administration, record-keeping, and complex calculation engines.
  • Oversee the development of integrated solutions across Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management Solutions, ensuring robust functionality in areas such as Illustrations, Tax, Operational Data Management, and Policy Generation.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent integration strategy across platforms to enhance connectivity between internal systems and external third-party providers.
  • Align business goals, strategies, and capabilities across teams to drive cohesive execution and maximize business outcomes.
  • Drive digital modernization by adopting cloud-based, API-driven architectures, automation, and agile methodologies.
  • Establish a structured approach to reduce technical debt, improve system performance, and optimize data access for improved efficiency and decision-making.
  • Manage risks, blockers, and interdependencies across technology teams, ensuring timely delivery and transparency with stakeholders.
  • Develop talent by coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Focus on customer experience by ensuring the smooth operation of solutions that enhance productivity and usability across different product lines.

Education:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level delivery of financial solutions, including managing stakeholder relationships.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams within financial services, insurance, or annuities.
  • Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, including modern and legacy platforms (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, cloud-based solutions, and predictive analytics).
  • Proven expertise in managing complex record-keeping or calculation integrations for Insurance, Annuities, and Wealth Management products.
  • Strong experience implementing Agile frameworks, financial planning, and IT governance best practices.
  • Ability to drive technology transformations, consolidations, and modernizations of legacy systems.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at senior leadership levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$157,500-$250,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
