This role is to support our local teams in servicing company-owned retail locations and is aligned to our core value of helping people prosper.

Role Responsibilities
The Territory Manager will oversee company owned locations providing coaching and support of employees, focused on customer loyalty, employee engagement, marketing, sales, and overall network performance including transaction volume, revenue, distribution channel, merchandising, service quality, facilities, expenses and overall profitability for the company portfolio of services assigned to complex DMAs.



  • Innovate and drive new organic growth and performance initiatives through strategic action plans through analyzing market data and company reports to address, reinforce, or correct market performance trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Understand, communicate, train and ensure compliance regulations, codes, standards and requirements are always maintained and QA audits achieve 85%+
  • Lead/manage 8-10 Area Leads and 75+ Front Lead Associates
  • Surpass metric goals for transactions, revenue, customer satisfaction scores, employee engagement scores, employee attrition, same store sales growth, quality assurance, expenses and profitability
  • Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Western Union brand, ensuring culture, standards, people, and communication are represented in every element of the company owned experience.


Role Requirements



  • Degree preferred (not required)
  • 5 years of multi-unit sales or other relevant fields is required with preference for financial services
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence large groups of people
  • 5 years of multi-unit experience experienced in hiring, coaching, and training front line teams to create an exceptional brand experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales, customer service and employee engagement scores
  • Experience working within operations management, data analytics, point of sale systems, loss prevention, customer relationship management, technology adoption, and compliance/regulatory knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • Experience with leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, emotional intelligence, team building, strategic thinking, customer focus and resilience
  • Ability to solve practical challenges and apply creative solutions
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and effectively work across all functions

Salary

The base salary range is $111,000.00 - 138,750.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus variable incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
