We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Lead to support our Primary Care practice in Rowley, MA! This is a 40-hour onsite position. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please note, Medical Assistant shifts are staggered and can vary depending on provider schedules and site needs. Responsibilities include: -One Call Resolve in the phone room -Supporting staffing LOA, sick calls, vacations/work in flow with providers -Supporting specialist- MA coverage -Supporting Phlebotomist for same day visits -POCT Audits -Sweeping exam rooms/supply and inventory -Vaccine and medication inventory management Required: High School diploma/GED Medical Assistant course or diploma program or minimum of 3 years of professional experience Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire Preferred: Primary Care experience Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
