Description Role Overview: This position is responsible to safely supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grading and efficiently run the gravel/base operation; produce quality gravel/base in timely manner. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. Minimum Qualifications: As a successful Foreman you will have: - Ability to hold and maintain a driver's license in accordance with all state laws - Minimum 5 years experience in product line - Minimum 5 years GPS Trimble experience - Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
